Aye but whats he on about saying the END to double Deckers??? Pretty much every bus I see is a double decker???

1.5m miles is a long long way.... No.6 Bus, how many miles have you done approx?

What's wrong with Elwick Road like? The top end is as posh as owt ... even Leo Gillen lives there.
And has he really never left the town? Is he barred from driving the No1 like?

the whole interview is bollox he hasnt had any crashes apart from writing several cars off and being sent back into the driving school as a result of his driving record and he used to drive the X99 to the metrocentre and as was said the no1 to boro and many a time he fell asleep at port clarence when the shipyards were working.
but why let the truth spoil a good story :roll:

I remember him driving the 23 to the steelworks...if him or the one who looked like 'jAWS' were driving, you could be guaranteed the double deckers leaning capabilities would be tested to the limit on corners ..... Alton Towers could have based a ride on the journey home. No wonder we bought a car.
