first 2 or 3 games are meaningless, if there isn't an improvement goin into the last couple of pre-season games THEN i would start to worry

Why, we'd be better off chasing the ball than winning 12-0 against pub teams like we did a few years ago. The result of any pre game season is irrelevant but even more so when it's the first game abroad against a team we know nothing about on an artificial surface.

I don't know why anyone would look for anything in the game it's a fitness exercise, study the form closer to the season.
