they are very soon upon us, i think its a very long 6 weeks i dont know about your kids but mine think they have to do something everyday !

Our lass asked me if i can take a few days off work each wek to do stuff. I know what will happen it will be come on we will go to the pictures (me our lass and 3 kids) and the 2 boys will ask if they can bring a friend each. So 7 of us will go to the pictures but 1st they need some dinner so its off to KFC but on the way 1 off the kids doesnt like KFC he wants a burger king so its call in there for a kids meal but his mam always gets him a fooking whopper meal so our lass calls me agreedy twat and tells me to get him one

Now its off to KFC for a Bargain buckett but the kids dont like the chicken with bones in so its a boneless buckett with extra ones, now thats eaten its time for the pictures when 1 off the kids points out that they havnt had any dessert so its ice cream all round, now im getting pissed off!

In the pictures and i buy a family ticket off 5 without telling our lass and try and rush the women and push 2 kids through but get caught and made to look a twat. But while im getting the ticket's the kids are in the pick and mix and i walk inside and i hear them words "Lee give me your wallet"

Inside the pictures and the kids are sat down eating there sweets and i think a couple of hours off peace and then its " i need the toilet " or "can i have a drink" and the pick and mix starts getting thrown at each other and yor thinking thats just cost me £25 for them.

In the car on the way home they then ask if they can go to Seaton tomorrow !!!

I have all the certificates and awards for this too.... luckily the bairn's old enough to swan around herself now so if her money runs out, it runs out!! She'll have to be careful with what she gets!!!

Very true,

Albert park in Boro is not bad & has the Dorman museum next to it.
Cowpen outdoor thingy where Billingham skips used to be kills an hour or two
Not sure what the place on Tees road next to the fire station is like
If you get an active card swimming at the Mill House is free

I would like to shoot the bastad that closed Whorlton Lido & took away my favourite day out.

Get them an active card like Groovy says, send them swimming all day and get mutley to look after them.

When i was a kid i loved the six week holidays, wake up when the sun starts shining, play footy and cricket till the sun came down, sleep, then repeat the next day.
