Very simply this board and every single thread is being consistently spoilt........not necessarily by POK but by the Anti-POK brigade constantly picking faults and being tits towards him.

He might be on the wind-up, he might just be gullible as fuck, but no matter which it is, its getting to very ridiculous proportions now. People have the choice to ignore him or put him on their ignore list, yet they choose to cause shit.

The perfect example is the Best Comedy sketches thread, he makes a post, a genuine one in keeping with the thread and he gets jumped on, its absolutely pathetic.

As Moderators of the board its up to you to sort it out whichever way you see best for the board, but it does need sorting and quickly.

Its funny how the people who get so pissed off with his posts choose to argue and pick on him rather than ignore him....simply because he's an easy target.

I have him on ignore but every fucking thread peopel start quoting him. Also its nothing to do with him being an easy target, its to do with him being as annoying as hell and getting on everyones tits.

The fact is that Pok brings much of it on himself by posting without engaging his brain. Whoever come out with the stuff he says would get slated. Having said that some of the name calling is nasty and needs to be toned down. We all get grief on here, ADG for being a fat bounder, Tree for moaning all the time, me for being so god damn perfect and Mr I for his love of Sir Ritchie etc etc.
Pok needs to learn to watch what he says and the abuse will stop. If the abuse persists unwarrented then the culprit should be disciplined!

As other posters have said, I reckon Pok is a nice lad but he comes out with some absolute belters which just beg for criticism.

That is spot on and basically what I said in a previous post. The most irritating (IMHO) point of some of POK's posts is what appears to be a lack of thinking. I'm sure he's a fairly intelligent bloke, he is at Uni so must be used to writing thesis's etc which must require some thinking, if he put the same thought into what he posted on here then I'm sure the "abuse" would cease. I'm even sure he could give some reasoned and logic arguments on most topics. But I do wish he would cease in putting up a post with just a or or any other smiley. But that is a pet hate of mine regardless of who does it, as it brings nothing to any thread. yes add them within a post , but at least write something at the same time.

I add them only when people have criticised me in a manner I haven't liked.

If this stops, I won't have to use those symbols.

lets take the crosse & blackwell thing, he came out with a schoolboy error, there was 2 choices, ignore it and let it pass by, or hammer him. He got hammered, he gets hammered for EVERY little innacuracy, its becoming a witch-hunt and (in my humble opinion) its spoiling the board.

As far as i'm concerned there are 3 options

1. Kick him off the board

2. Warn everyone to stop the bullying

3. Kick me off the board then there will be nobody to moan about the bullying

Use debate, not only you but everyone, at least with words other poster's can read ,if they want, what you are saying, and either agree or disagree, they should then reply in a reasoned and "respectful" way.
