Is it right that they have stopped putting the black ones in sports mixture?

They are/were the best!

For a start they have to be Lions wine gums/sports mixtures. Other makes are all gooey and not much different from jelly babies. Then, even with Lions, sports mixtures are better because they have fruitier flavours and more interesting shapes.

You can also get butterscotch gums which are great but a bit samey after the first few or, if you, like Grave, favour the black ones you can buy exclusively licorice tablets. :coool:

Hmmm.... I am wishing now that I'd bought a few quarters when I was in town this morning.

Lion Sports Mixtures without a doubt . . . . . . . but don't forget Lion Fruit Salad which are equal in my opinion!
