I don't buy stuff off there very often, but every time I do I'm disappointed.

You find what you're looking for, it says 'usually shipped the next day', but a week later there's still no sign of it, and no email saying it's on its way. I wouldn't mind but its a present for someone.

Apparently they wait until they get so many orders for an item before buying it from their supplier, to save money by buying in bulk. Last Christmas I ordered a book at the end of November (supposedly loads in stock), then got an email two weeks later saying it would be delivered in early January.
