We got the Ashes thread so, here's the July Meeting at Newmarket official thread.

My bets for it today

Each way lucky 15

Resort 1:30
Akhenaten 2:00
Paddy's 'Ell Pauline 2:35
Penny's Gift 3:10

And a single each way bet on Total Gallery 2:00

OO all bets to be posted prior to race running

All I know is I have been asked to represent our company. Its full corporate day including the night time.

I suspect its executive boxes but they have many different types at race courses, dont they?

I have been to Newcastle twice, and Pontefract. newcastle was shit, whilst Pontefract was brilliant.

It IS a tie job like.

At Newcastle we were in a box, but to get outside was about a ten minute wlak through about 10 corridors.

It was a shit three course meal, with about 15 of us sat round a big round table. All very formal and crap.

Pontefract was a buffet  , and in a huge room with the ale flowing. A short wlak to the finishing line, and big screens if you couldnt be arsed to walk outside.

I thought Pontefract was miles better than Newcastle.

I suppose York will be a bit posh, but it wont matter after a few ales.
