How do people feel about reporting others for dropping litter? If you register on this site you can report any incidence of littering from a car.

I'd have no problems whatsoever about reporting people who intentionally drop litter.
I absoloutely hate it.

Car littering is the only one that would really work. But it could easily get out of hand, how would they know if people were just making up the 'offences'. Having said that while I've been driving about for the last 20 minutes I was on the lookout for someone to 'sprag' on. :uhoh:

A mate of mind was walking past a parked car in Mboro and a tab packet flew out of the window onto the pavement. He picked it up and passed it to the slapper in the car through the open window and said: "Excuse me madam, you appear to have dropped this."
She told him to welcome to the board.

After a lot of argument, it was finally thrown out. Just like the imaginary cigarette.

Litter is a big problem. But so is a society that reports its neighbours...............for very petty stuff like this.

If people who DO report someone for dropping a tab end, the nanny state will love it.

Just how far will this go?

Litter dropping is wrong.

The council fining people for dropping tabends is fkin stupid if you look at the bigger picture.

Every bastad lorry on the way to that landfill site at Seaton spews huge amounts out of the back of their uncovered trailors as they plough down the road yet are allowed to just carry on regardless. I would put money on it that about half of all the rubbish spread around the town can be traced back to these wagons.

The wagons should be netted, I think the law that applies is the Envornmental Protection Act. This is a case in point where badly organised operators in the waste disposal industry should be reported and action taken against them.

As far as it can I see dropping litter isn't 'petty', it fucking stinks and the people who do this are turning Bartlepool and other towns into a right royal shithole

One thing I can't understand is how horses are allowed to shite where they like.

There again, can you imagine the size of the bins required for your average neddy?

Tht's good for the roses, though.
What I can't understand are the t***s who have hosses and, with all the fields there are in the world, choose to ride down our road. Bikes are a lot cheaper, and don't shite all over ther road.
