 Post subject: I feel like a right scruff

first my car and now this, was walking over to the shops for dinner stood on a stone and though ow! that hurts looked under my shoe and I have a hole in the bottom of it, I have put some of my buisness cards in my shoe until I get home, Laurel and hardy style.

I have only have them for about 4 months gutted.

No its the chain of charity shops they do a good deal if your a Hobo like myself, also running low now on buisness cards after I just shoved about 5 in my shoe

Ah, I see your mistake now. They're 'loafers', designed by and for loafers who never do any work or much moving about. They last longer if you don't do any walking.

Very similar to a pair I'm wearing at the moment a tenner from Tesco.

Although I can't tell if they will out perform your shoes 4 months, I've only had these for about a month.

Your problem is you bought shoes from Office, get yourself to Triads or Psyche when you're in Boro and buy yourself a pair of Grenson's, Loakes or something similar. They'll last you a lifetime if you look after them properly and as long as you keep the upper tidy then you can get them re-soled.
