Goalkeeper coaching is hardly rocket science is it ... when the ball comes towards you, go for it. If it's at the other end, light a tab or eat a pie.

Good goalkeeping coaching managed to turn and unknown foreign keeper into someone who kept 20+ clean sheets in one season and helped us secure promotion.

So i think a good one is needed yes.

And if you read Alex Fergusons autobigrophy he had high hopes for Walsh and was going to be his number 1, until a nasty head injury set him back, then he was forced to sign Schmeichel and well, the rest is history....

Talent "managed to turn an unknown foreign keeper into someone who kept 20+ clean sheets in one season and helped us secure promotion".
Keeper coaching hardly did us much good last season did it?

i think the correct phrase would be 'you cant polish a turd'. George woods was partly responsible for dimis good form. But even the best coach in the world would have struggled with them 2

Another new signing already slagged off before he's even got on with his job at pools.

If people on here think they can do better than why is it turner etc are at pools and certain people on here are not?
