 Post subject: sun dried tomatoes

how nice are these things? I had to put them back in the fridge to stop me eating them all in one go

"Sacla" brand antipasto tomatoes are the dogs nads. Get them onto a bed of penne with a good pesto and live out the Italian dream. :coool:

They have loads of that kind of stuff at TK maxx (that shop Hartlepool doesn't have any more :razz: )

You must still be able to get them somewhere in the town as I've got a couple of jars in the cupboard.

It's almost a waste but adding them to a spag bol really adds flavour.

You can actually get them at Tesco but Tk Maxx has loads of other good stuff Tesco doesn't. :wink:

I thought they only sold clothes and big boxes of sweets like jelly bellies

Boil up some pasta, chuck in some pesto, ollives and a few sun dried tomatoes, top off with a bit of parmesan. Great for a quick tea.
