Great player. Scored a cracking lob from the dead ball line away at Colchester a couple of years ago, when everybody thought it was meant to be a cross and it turned out to be a shot. Great goal.

He got a lot of stick, but I thought he was alright. He spent a lot of time out on the right in loads of space screaming for the ball . . . . . . but no-one seemed to want him to have it!

Ok he was when he was here very fast.

I'd say he was a winger but i know he went up to scotland and played upfront and non-league here playing centre mid, but he is a winger.

Bit of a one trick pony, always goes wide, then wide again, then wide again on the outside of the defender, who should soon work him out.

But like i said he is very fast, and that does scare opponents, against port vale when he was 16 he pretty much ran the full length of the pitch and won a penalty, pure pace.

I think at that level he'll do ok.

He suffered in our relegation season, too many kids in the team.

He was a good impact sub.

He was a good impact sub about three times when he was 16/17.

Come be honest, it's hard to judge because we only over saw him at league one level but he didn't show us anything to suggest he is a footballer. Quick yes, but in all the time watching him I don't recall a decent cross (or even a cross) or him beating a man in any other way than shifting out of his feet and bombing on. He was a one trick pony whos one trick was shite. A very lucky lad to appear 81 times for Pools.

He makes David Foley look like Pele.

Based on that I seemed to recall it. Sure things were posted on forums about it, unless I'm mistaken. Hence why I said i seemed to recall he did, and didn't state that he actually (and indeed FACTually) did.

Istead had plenty of pace but looked out of his depth in League 1. But it could well be that he's matured now and will do ok for you.

I think he will do well for Mansfield.

Remember this: we are Pools. Where we come from, a player is shite unless he can flawlessly imitate Pele.

Neale Cooper seemed to rate him. However his opinion pales into insignificance before the plethora of footballing expertise in this neck of the woods.

I think Isy would be fine in the Conference.
