Plenty of us are quick enough to shout when we are not happy so I think its only fair to give credit where its due too.

Last week I contacted Pools with a query about disabled tickets.
The ticket office acknowledged my Email immediately,then after a couple of days gave me all the information & help that I needed.
I wont go posting peoples names on a public forum,but will say Cheers to the ticket office manageress clappp
The Groovy family will be renewing our tickets this week :grin:
