David Blunkett has been trampeled on by a cow while trying to protect his dog, a brilliant bit of advise from the national farmers union "The best thing to do is to let the dog off the lead so it can run away because obviously a dog can run faster than you. The next thing to do is to get quite quickly to the edge of the field, collect the dog and leave."

Alright for her to say she can see the big cow running towards you

He's had several incidents with cows has Blunkett. Doesn't seem to learn.
