Suggest me some tattoos!
hi, im wanting to get a few tattoos, haven't looked into it yet until i get a few good design ideas.

thinking maybe a large one covering my belly, sides and up to chest, one for my left forearm and a biggish one on my back.

don't want any gay looking ones neither

anyone suggest a site for good templates, patterns, ideas etc??

I always said I'd never get a tattoo when i was younger but I now have 4 but there out of view so i suppose its upto the person if thats what floats there boat

i have a few, daughters name on arm, stars on neck, 3 of em, due to my 3 champions league wins

Pick a design that you are completely and absolutely sure you will still like in about 25 years time.

If you can't think of one, then you shouldn't really be getting a real tattoo, instead try one of those free with bubble gum.

Why do people get tattoos? I'd never ask anyone face to face face why they have them but maybe someone'll will explain on here.

I suppose why I wouldn't have a tattoo is that I wouldn't want to attract attention to meself in that way and if the thing was hidden....well.....whats the point.

Same simple reason most people buy one type of t-shirt rather than another - because they like the look of it.
I dont think there's any deep psychological reason. Maybe I could say I got four done in my thirties because I was starting to settle down after living all over the place and I wanted to keep some freedom and creativity or something.
But I think I just liked the look of them.
Of course you can choose whatever design you want, make your own up, so it says something about you and your identity - like most things do, cars, clothes, decor in your house, type of music etc etc.
I'm after any website's with lots of different fonts and languages on for my fifth if anyone knows one

Which badge? The current badge is horrible and must surely change soon. Go for a monkey's head with noose and Hartlepool (s) United underneath- timeless classic.

What worries me is that tattos are permanent, you can change your tee shirt but tattoos are bit more difficult if you get sick of them. Even piercings aren't as permanent.

Most scary tattoo I seem was this on this guy in Tenerife, had "Arbeit macht frei" on his lower back in big letters, my girlfriend at the time was having a natter with him and his girlfriend at the bar until I saw his tattoo and told her not to talk to nutters, she didnt know what I was on about hand had to explain it all.
