that the council and IOR haven't come to an agreement about the sale of the ground with all of these "big" clubs at the Vic next season. Big followings from Leeds, Norwich, Charlton, Southampton (not to mention Huddersfield and Carlisle) might sell their total allocation plus more if there was room. We're losing revenue.

BTW I was talking to a Mayoral hopeful last week and when I asked him about his view on the sale of the ground to IOR he said he was in agreement but there should be a stipulation that a running track is built around the pitch.
No prizes for guessing who.
He won't be getting my vote.

Apart from it being a stupid suggestion I asked him how he thought it would fit in the limited space. Just move the Mill House Stand back he said!

At the last election when I asked the candidate in the dickie-bow the same question he tapped the side of his nose, winked knowingly and said " I don't trust these oilmen types y'know"

Has anyone got a definitive answer from any of this years candidates?

There doesn't have to be thousands. If more than 970 want to come here it will mean we'll be losing potential income.
