Can anyone tell me how to get an avatar on here? Every time I try to put one in it tells me that it's too big etc. Is there any way to automatically resize it?

I just wanted a picture of a moaning old git when I was Abingdon_Poolie and the name change basically means I am stuck with it, which is no skin off my nose as I like it.

The West Wing is a favourite TV show of mine, and I live in the West Park part of town (hence my username). It was just a case of finding the star of that show who looks like me (well, if you squint, he does... )

There's no automatic resizing - it must be a maximum of 150x150 pixels, and no more than 10Mb. Nothing stopping you from resizing it yourself using any image software (even Office Picutre Manager), and uploading from your own PC.

Can I use MS Paint?

Mampi you can use MS Paint to resize your image, just click image at the top of the page, then click resize/skew and just keep knocking the numbers down until it is small enough

That's Sam Seaborn (played by Rob Lowe) I think who was White House Communications Director to the Democratic President and Governor of New Hampshire, Josiah "Jed" Bartlett in the West Wing.
