So what Stockport are basicaly doing is win tonight, and that will put them on 60 points and a goal difference of at least +3.

it will mean Crewe will still be on 46 points, with Carlisle, Northampton and Brighton on 46, 46 and 48 respectively.

So if results go in their favour over the weekend (Carlisle and Brighton lose), they will probably go into administration on monday morning.

With Stockport still to play Brighton on the last game of the season, it would mean if they beat them, they Stockport would still be safe, or even a point.
