It has been brought to my attention that you have been posting about your little altercation at Crewe the other week on here, and as I'm this so called "rarf", "silly boy you nearly decked" (zzzzzz) etc. etc; I thought it only right to reply.....

I tried to tell you at the match that you had a serious case of mistaken identity, but you had to get your knickers in a twist and act the big "I am". I even had the courtesy to come up to you after the game and point out to you that I had not been booing when Humphries came on. I thought that would have been enough for you to get your toys firmly back in your pram, evidently not!

Let me set the record straight for you once again - I did not boo either Nardiello or Humphries when that substitution took place. Hoping it goes into that clouded head of yours this time - or maybe it's the fact that you opted to have a go at one person (and mistakenly, I add again) rather than risking confronting the dozen or so people further over who were actually booing.

Living in London, it's not that often that I get to see Pools play anymore, and when I do, I certainly wouldn't boo any of the lads whilst they're out on the pitch. I have no idea why I find myself on here justifying this to you, but hey ho.

Moving on to your actions - I'd hardly say you almost decked me (as you state in one of your posts). The fact that I was stood there waiting whilst you were comfortably held back by your buddies speaks volumes on this one. And if you wanted to deck me, you had the perfect chance at the end of the game when I came over to you outside the ground. So please refrain from making out that you were on the verge of decking me, it was nothing more than handbags to be fair, and I don't think either of us would have allowed it to get to a stage where we would get thrown out and risk spending a night with some dirty scousemancs in Crewe nick!

I understand as much as the next fan how frustrating it is to hear people booing their own players, but next time you see fit to have a go at someone, make sure you get the right person to save face, yeah?

I don't intend on posting anymore on this, just felt it was necessary to once again defend my corner when someone is trying to persecute me from the comfort of their armchair.

Enjoy the last two games, in your words "we're all Poolies and all want the same thing".

Up the Pools.

At the end of the day you're both passionate blokes with short fuses. I think you should kiss and make up (though I won't be getting in the middle of that one). Life is too short for cr*p like this and we're supposed to all be on the same side.

Amen.

To see grown men acting so pathetically was very disappointing. I would never get involved in such 'handbags' over watching pools bbolt

'up the pools', do you go to games on the train? There are a few poolies that travel to matches from london if you ever fancy joining us in future.

It has been a godawful shiiity season and tempers have obviously got frayed on a number of occasions. Ive seen a number of fights almost kick off between pools fans and it is terrible to see.

Lets just chill and relax! Im sure you both want to move on...

To be fair Chessington, the "Pools fan" who was the recipient of your ire was wearing a Newcastle shirt. banghead

Erm, if that's aimed at me then I don't even own a Newcastle shirt!

But yeah, the situation was pathetic. Time to move on.

3 points on saturday of those filthy yorkies!

UTP, I once had a similar 'hand bags' situation with someone wearing a Newcastle shirt at a pools match. Like you, I felt like a prat after the event but hey, shitt happens.

TPP clappp clappp clappp . If only I could think of something amusing to respond. Looking forward to saturday night mate. rolf

I did think it was a bit out of order of Chess to kick the bloke when he was down like.

I think Mr and Mrs Parmo had already left the ground in disgust at Pools' performance by the time it all kicked off.....

Yep, a scandalous performance from Pools that made Bournemouth look good, even though they weren't. At all.

The highlight of that game for me will always be Chessington's uncharacteristic, but possibly drink-fuelled, activities at half time.......

A very good point TPP. I must admit that at the time I was thinking that if I was Chessington's employer I'd send him on an anger management course.....

Easy for me to say as I stay calm and collected always. rolfl

Well, basically, he gave up his right to be taken seriously, for the sake of a silly whim.
