Love him or hate him, he has certainly performed well as a manager. If he had the team playing well & winning, i wouldn't give a shit

Well he wouldn't block many peoples views over at the Cyril Knowles stand which must be a plus.

Is that because you think he's a bad manager, or because he's Dennis Wise?

I maybe wrong here but didnt a lot of leeds fans put his success down to his partnership with gus poyet and when he left for spurs young dennis went a bit tits up

You could say the same about Brian Clough without Peter Taylor...

He did well at Millwall (FA Cup final & into Europe), did a good job at Swindon, did well at Leeds.

He took the Newcastle job because he said he wanted to be out of football management - which could explain why it went a bit sour at Leeds.

Also I don’t really like the fella but say what you want about his personality he does instill and personify a bit of fight and looks like he cares. If he hypothetically got the job Joe Allon for assistant anyone?

Based on his managerial record, I'd say yes.

Im not convinced he is a good manager (like has been said above - i think previous successes were down to poyet) He is also a wobbly eyed little cooooont.
