Full concurrence from the Fensy jury, it looked like the England cricket team should be wearing it, plus the shorts should be navy blue and not white

Anyone willing to part with £50 for that should be branded with the word 'MUG' straight across the forehead.

But what if ALB was to buy the england shirt?? Would he have to have HMUG on his forehead???

The kit looked like a 50's throwback. I was expecting Tom Finney to come on in the second half.

I thought it looked pretty smart but not as a footy kit more, like someone said before, cricket. It's just too simple a design to be anything really, the keepers tops were shockingly basic. I can't believe someone's been paid to design them when all the FA needed to do is go to primark and buy white polo shirts and shorts with a special order for Crouch.

I was at the match yesterday and thought it looked schit but seeing it up close, I actually think it looks quite good (embarrassed smilie). Would even consider buying it, but not at £40

I saw someone wearing one of these yesterday which I always thought was cool

Clearly the 1966 shirt is the best ever retro shirt followed by this one from 1990 IMHO

If one was to buy a new England kit, is there any guide as to when I should first wear it? One does not wish to commit a fashion faux pas...

Never really understood why we had blue shorts, there's no blue in the flag of St. George so surely we should have had red shorts!!

I don't give a sod about the merchandising. It's great. It's true it's been so long since we had proper shirts it looks more like a cricket shirt now.

That's a proper Johnny Haynes kit that is.

Oh and if you don't know who Johnny Haynes is stop supporting England. It'd be like a Pools fan never having heard of Watty Moore.

I think its too simplistic after a long era of sleek design, although I think Capello wanted the kit like this to look like Don Revie's Leeds.

It needs something to make it interesting.

Our outgoing kit looked better.

Is it I wonder a kit in the age of a global recession ?
