my two new flat mates are over here from Ireland dont civial engineering on the bus lane at cambridge, and they were on about the need a saftey card for work (been there 4 works already) as their irish one doesnt cover it.

They wanted to know do they need to go on a course and sit an exam (their saftey officer is a bit of an idiot so though would ask) and can you do this online, said I would ask as though people on here might have taken it (i know mampi has)

think it might be as they said they were very suprised that they havent been pulled up on it yet as in Ireland they have to produce it everyday on site (the irish equivelent)

My jokes about the irlish still coming over here to do the roads didnt go down well, especially the jimmy carr joke he did at a benefit for ex irish navies who retired over here, a new slogan for the charity "welcome to the board home the roads are finished"

You ought to learn McAlpine's Fusiliers and sing it to them

Mr Paddy might be able to advise, which is ironically quite apt.

Yeah it's a piece of piss, takes about 20 mins to finish the test, bit like the driving theory.

You need to book in at a local test centre, I think it costs £17.50 plus extra if you want the book to revise from.
