They could donate via these folk.

PEOPLE wanting to help a cash-strapped football club have been warned to be on their guard against bogus collectors.

In recent weeks, fans of Darlington FC have been rallying round to help raise money for the club which has been placed in administration.

The fans need to raise £300,000 between now and the end of the season to help keep the Quakers afloat.

Many supporters have been given permission to hold bucket collections in Darlington town centre.

However, unconfirmed reports believe there may be a number of unscrupulous people who are posing as genuine fans with buckets collecting for the club and then pocketing the donations.

Anyone, who is wanting to make a donation should check that the people collecting for the club have proper identification and accreditation allowing them to collect for the club.

The police have been informed and are investigating the claims.

farking hell, even the most pacifistic people would have to concede that inflicting violence on those types is appropriate to people who do things like that.
If that was Pools, we know what we would do

On a serious note I think their is a case in these circumstances for charging people for calling an ambulance. I have always have the same feelings about pot holers and the like who get into difficulty, people who take unnecessary risks. An ambulance should not be taken out of action for whatever period of time for two thick kids who've tried to do something that with no training and no experience walking was utterly stupid to take on. They were warned that they wouldn't be able to do it, and warned they would potentially end up in difficulty. I understand these Kids hearts were in the right place but surely someone should have had a serious word and stopped them doing it??
