Yes but only because of fixtures involving the current bottom 6.

Those are Northampton , Yeovil, Swindon ,Brighton, Hereford and Cheltenham.

On Sat 21st Swindon host Hereford

28th March Yeovil host Swindon

7th April Hereford host Brighton

11th April Brighton host Swindon

13th April Cheltenham host Yeovil

21st April Yeovil host Hereford

25th Northampton host Hereford

So my little bit of optimism is that maybe just this year 50/52 points may not be required to stay up. There 7 games involving bottom 6 , who will take points off each other.

Well if that only thing I can find to be optimistic, then the last 8 games are going to be murder.

What makes it worse is the next away game is Southend on a F****** Friday night and I'm already sorted with transport and hotel for the night.

Will someone please get me committed, for my own safety, because any more displays like today may say me attempt to get on pitch and have a right go at someone. I know I wont but God would it make me feel better to have a go face to face with some of the players.

You will remember what supporting Pools was like pre-IOR and pre-Gibson, Bob. Things have been a lot worse. It's what following Pools is all about.

we also remember that they only ever twice played like they did yesterday, when Cooper was manager.
Blackpool 03/04, and home to Walsall when he got the bullet
This crop plays regularly like that now

That's a good point. I can't think of any other games off the top o' me head. I think the QPR thrashings were down to a difference in sheer quality. Bit like Manyoo yesterday in a lot of respects.
