Just read that the Housing prices are showing signs of Stablising ! Mines up for sale so.....im putting the price up :grin:

i heard an 8% drop this year with a 1% drop in 2010. apparently it could take up until 2019 for house prices to rise back to what they were worth in Sept 2007 at their peak sadx

There is a golden rule regarding house prices - they don't go up in a recession. Hope this helps.
