How far down the pecking order is he now?

I know its harsh, but do we need him anymore?

If Guy and Mackay were preferred upfront, and then Foley came on, and now we have Parker, and maybe Porter for tomorrow, he might as well go back to watford.

PS it's my belief the lad is probably not as good as MacKay or Foley, and he's quite slow as well.
Sorry, but life's harsh.
I'm still not a doctor, no matter how many times I put on a white coat and walk around the hospital with a clipboard and stethoscope

He will be too big for second class, but I am sure we could post him.

For the sake of a couple of hundred quid (which is all he'll be on) we might as well keep him he's another body and we have four strikers out injured. I think tomorrow if Porter is still out (which I believe is likely, unless he has been intentionally rested with these two home games in mind) We'll go for for Guy and Parker with Jones on the right.

henderson has been a disaster, following a long line of young players from a higher division to have disappointed over the years. Get rid of him asap and Mackay and Foley should follow at the end of the season. In a nutshell they are not good enough.

I think a lot of people pointed out that he was not the answer when he signed and were shot down in flames.

a lot of people said he was not the answer without seeing him play and were RIGHTLY shot down for their pathetic attitude towards him.

To be 100% fair,

He's still learning his game.

Is he the answer?
Not at this moment in time.

When he came on against Leyton he was one of our better players. I know it wasn't difficult. He missed a good oppertunity to score and people start shouting at him calling him a 'lovely lovely person'.

He's still very raw but he has a chance of making it as a Football League player. I know I'm the only one who sees potential in him but so be it.

He was an emergency signing in case we didn't sign anyone else.

He also had a very decent game away at Mk Dons, you are talking about a young kid on a few hundred quid a week, He's done what has been asked of him.

Since he signed we have managed to get Nardiello, Guy, Lange, and Parker all proven good players, it's hardly a stick to beat the kid with.

Parker, Nardiello and Lange and Guy are all good signings in my opinion. Experience was called for because we were looking at a relegation battle. (we already have young weak strikers on our books, id rather see us give our own young players games than an untried young player who aint ours) I aint said the lad is shit, but he was not what was needed at the time. The other 4 strikers im more than happy with.

I just dont believe a relegation battle is the time to blood and try out other peoples youngsters. People said this at the time but were told they were saying he was shit instead of people actually reading whats written for a change.

you are not the only one to see his potential mr gaunt. he was signed as cover and is costing pools 400 quid a week.

he came on at huddersfield when were down to 10 men and played up front on his own. he ran his knackers off and twice took the ball in the channel and ran down the clock by winning throw ins also giving our defenders a much needed break and helping earn us a massive away point and buliding a platform for further away performances.

as has been stated by pj he also did a job at mk dons.

of course he isnt the finished article, you aint gonna get that for bobbins.

great to see him written off on here on the basis of a couple of half games by folk who dont go to away games.

just like nardiello was.

no doubt if parker dont score a hat-trick tomorrow night he will be the next target.

its no wonder folk are losing the will to post on here. 2 great away results in 5 days and there's still find summat to moan about.

well I wasnt moaning chip, and neither was I slagging the lad off. Dont tell me he is another of your face book buddies.

i asked the question beacuse he have many strikers ahead of him in the pecking order......even Monky is better.

So why should we keep someone elses young, raw talent, even at 400 quid a week, just for the sake of it?

who says we are paying a penny towards his wages? The lad is a backup striker and offered us a lot more than what we had at the time
