Managers, players and even fans, use the quote "one game at a time" quite often at this time of season.

It takes on a whole new meaning on Tuesday

Pools, (15th) play at Tranmere (9th)

Crewe (19th) play Carlisle (17th)

Swindon (20th) play Cheltenham (24th)

Yeovil (18th) play Hereford (23rd)

Bristol R (14th) play Brighton (22nd)

Orient(21st) play Peterborough (3rd)

Northampton(16th) play MK Dons(2nd)

Thats 6 teams below us playing each other, while 2 other's play teams in the top 3.So the same attitude as the last 2 away games and some sort of good luck (a penalty in the last minute, that isn't would come in useful again). Any point return will be good, it's not quite a must win game with those fixtures, but a must not lose game, a point may just move us further away from the bottom4.

Because come Saturday, the same one game at a time can be used, Ok , we have Peterborough at home. But once more the fixture list helps us.

Yeovil (18th) play Carlisle(17th)

Crewe (19th) play Hereford(23rd)

Swindon (20th) Play MK Dons (2nd)

Orient(21st) play Brighton (22nd)

Cheltenham (24th) go away to Leicester (1st), Whilst Northampton(16th) host Tranmere (9th)

So on Saturday, once more 6 teams below us play each other.

Now we would all want a return of 4 points (or more), but 3 wouldnt be to bad, and 2 wouldn't be a catastophic return.

I couldn't be bothered to go through the rest of the month , as I'm using the one game at a time, saying, but here's rest of the fixture list for March, a few more games involving teams below us.

Lets keep this little run going and we can open up some sort of breathing space as clubs below us take points off each other.
