well the gods are definitely against us. Losing at home to Leyton Orient, Swindon winning, Brighton winning, Yeovil getting a point.

We continuely fail to pick up 3 points and everyone else continues to edge closer and closer to us. It has an all too familiar feel about it this situation.

The new players have made little difference to the end results and the real problem in the keeper and defence has been left for god know how long.

I honestly fear the worst now.

Danny Wilson and Swindon up next and you JUST KNOW how that will go.

If we can't even beat the teams below us then it really is a desperate situation. I would find it hard for the overly optimistic members of this message board to now believe we won't / can't go down.

Centenary Season, relegation and possibly Darlo getting promoted. Ooooooft now that's a triple whammy!

I don't normally complain. I'm usually very optimistic, but today was very similar to when we played them away. We dominated for most of the match, had decent chaces enough to win the game many times over, quiet for a long period of the game, we don't convert our chances, then late on the opposition go down the other end and hit us with the sucker punch and we should have beaten these teams. We have pedantic referees and too many injuries for my liking.

It has been the same old story this season - and I'm getting sick if it.

If we carry on like this, we will go down this season. And that is very hard to admit. rage rage rage

It's always hard to comment when you can't get to matches but the number of late goals we're conceding makes me suspicious about fitness. Tired players make mistakes and the more tired they are the more they make. Maybe the better players in the defence are unavoidably knackered through covering for the weaknesses but either way it is very late in the season to be tackling fundamentals.

Tuesday's result proves that, on a good day, we can take points from anybody in the division. Today proves that, on a bad day, we can lose to anybody. Lets hope Turner and West can tip the balance in favour of the good days... rolf

Sad to read that, today was important- more than Tueday when anything gained was a bonus.

today wasn't about fitness, it was about attitude. having played with a wonderful intensity against Leicester we clearly decided that the same level of commitment wasn't necessary against orient. i can forgive them when they play poorly, but not when they don't put the effort in

Well said John

Can't argue with that sadx
