A jury has refused to convict them once of these charges. The police and CPS were so annoyed and so arrogant, they now want us to spend millions more on another prosecution even though all of them are already convicted and imprisoned for ever. Guilty until proved innocent if you are a young Muslim male? That should help convince their communities that they are treated equally.

So you listened to all the evidence like the jury and you know more about the case? Pay attention Mr I. These guys have been convicted of very serious offences (conspiracy to murder, conspiracy to cause explosions with intent) and have received heavy sentences. I am not saying they were innocent of all charges. I am saying that trying them again for these particular charges is a waste of time and money and also has needlessly negative consequences in terms of looking anything like justice, especially as everyone knows they have already been convicted. The police and prosecution spent around 10m trying to prove these charges in 2008 and failed. Looks like someone has a quota to fill or has some expensive decisions to justify, not least the decision to add hundreds of millions to the security costs of air travel.
