Just been down to the mail office and i walked past the nash office there was 9 scruffy herberts all on the pan crack standing outside smoking and drinking cans of swallie then 3 taxis pull up they jump into them and off they go.

as soon as the Govt gets hard on folks who opt out of the working life in the style of Peter Owens, then we'll see an improvement. Sadly this will never happen, the folks who are bone idle/burglars/smack addicts do this from choice. They are weak minded individuals and deserve to be made to work for their benefits etc - there should be a time period of one year, by the end of which if they cannot prove they have actively been seeking employment then they either work for their benefits, or the benefits stop.
This country is way too soft on these people - these are the ones causing a financial burden to everyone else. If thery were made to work for their benefits, they'd soon see the advantage of taking a job properly, and we wouldn't need half as many people to come from overseas to do the work which should be getting done by these shysters

This town's a good example of how the system is being abused.

as soon as the day comes when you stop being sent to jail for killing someone (and I think it will happen eventually) who's up for forming a hit squad to wipe these fu-ckers out?

But, if you're a genuine case, the system will be on your back.

Yeah. When it comes to genuine cases they always get carried away.
