a well-known Hartlepool ruffian did that to a random lad in the streets of Peterborough many yeares ago
The lad was quite fat and was wearing tracky bottoms, and the well-known Hartlepool ruffian snuck up behind him and pulled his trackies right down.
As the lad was trying to pull them up, the Hartlepool ruffian repeatedly smacked the lad's arse so the lad kept putting his hands up to stop it, so obviously he couldn't pull his joggy bottoms back up!!!
Went on for abouit 30 seconds, which isn't too harsh and caused plenty of laughter amongst the innebriated dodgy-looking associated Poolies....
