Now I know you're a bit of a twat but as an ex smoker I think even twats giving up smoking need some support.

Me being a natural addict, I gave up by needing the money for a mortgage and when it started to hurt realising that it was a matter of time. I only had to hang on in there long enough without a smoke before tobacco released its grip. No patches, no counselling.

That means that every day you don't smoke is another day invested in not needing a smoke. If you have a cigarette its a day wasted and you've got to start again.

Hang on in there, it took me a long time but you'll save a fortune and your health in the long run.

I've saved £2.67 by not buying a small pouch of rolling tobacco today .. clappp .I spent £2.50 on boiled sweets and more mints ..
