what songs do you like to sing in the bath?

what songs do you sing when you're staggering home drunk?

I can't honestly say I've sang either of those - but the frog one seems a good bathtub choice!

Had a good sing here in Qatar last night too...

We have a band here, mostly way down south good ole boy yanks, but not too bad taste.

A few excerpts were...

Proud Mary
Cocaine
Hey Joe - Hendrix (Bit of a result that one)
Creep (First go at that last night and not too bad)
Sweet Home Alabama (Predictably, but still good)
I shot the sheriff
Johnny B Goode
Hey Jude
Can't you see
Turn The Page
Jumpin Jack Flash
House of the rising Sun

And a few others...

I might try and get some Youtube footage on if anyone's interested, then you can see how well I murdered most of them! Ha ha.

As for in the shower (no bath here  ), I had a good blast of Ocean Colour Scene last night.

Hey Jude, that's another song-puzzle. Is Jude a real person?

Almost a good choice of repertoire there Mr Hanger. Get rid of Hey Joe and Sweet Alabama from the video and we'll start talking!

Hey Joe - a good song put to death by too many cover groups convinced they'e as good as or even better than Hendrix: they aren't as good as him or else they'd be creating their own hot stuff!
Sweet Home Alabama - Lynyrd Skynyrd's intellectual response to Neil Young  - probably the worst song by the most predictable group ever to have a cult following

I'll try to get some footage of my next gig. Sounds like there's scope for a new sub-board for Bunker Muzos.

Good call! I'm sick of hearing Pink Floyd sound-alikes (OAP groups), Leon's Arctic Greenday sound-alikes (bairns who genuinely think that stuff is good), and of course the devil's accomplices themselves, Oasis clone bands
