I didn't look at the players, I looked at the shape of the stand then had a look on Mad John's site for the earliest time we played Boston. :laugh:

just dug them out whilst sorting something out

it's pools in the V shirts,leadgate park in the stripes, 15500 there, Durham Senior Cup Final 1921.

the second photo is pools just about to score with cecil hardy (sort of two in almost on the penalty spot) on the receiving end of the cross.

I got me eye on the Eland sign on the stand and had a trawl through Pools v Leeds History. I bet there's loads of others had a look to see if they could dig something out.
