Well its 25 as I type and I think the answer is probably obvious - Reading through the majority of threads and the pathetic childish behaviour, the insults and threats that you recieve for having the audacity to express an opinion, a point of view that isn't consistent with those in the 'know' then you might as well not bother which is what all these guests probably think. I mean who'd sign up to a board where this goes on a take a chance of being the next one to be targetted.

I'd been a member for quite a while, made an odd post but not very often as it seemed to be a bit of a closed shop, only recently posting more often and now wondering why I bother. If you're a guest then stay that way as for the comment 'we dont bite' I think the end got missed off the sentance - 'not much for wolves who hunt in packs'

For a board that promotes 'no rarfs' it has cetainly managed to attract more than most.

Want the guests to sign up then take a good look at yourselves

I think you'll find that the vast majority of the 'guests' are actually bots monitoring the hits on the site. This is how the search engines compile their pecking order.

It was a response to a thread, not to an individual. I was providing information on a matter which has been discussed before possibly prior to a lot of new members joining. Clearing up a bit of a mystery as it were.

Nice touch first name terms eh -I dont want to argue either an dont post to create argument I post on here as I do on other boards as I have an opinion to express like many others - the difference being that I dont always follow the party line

I do ask WHY I get the abuse and other than having a different view to the majority I cant see one, so I'll ask you WHY ?

I have never abused nor insulted anyone on here merely expressed an opions - I have responded when that has been met with abuse, insults or threats or tried as everyone does to defend their own views and opinions

Maybe the guests are like me: it takes an awful lot to make me sign up on any site. Usually all I want to do is read.
I simply can't be arsed to go through the sign-up procedure.

Alternatively there might be 24 guests all flicking through the screens simultaneously, saying to themselves "look at all these rarfs."

It was the day before the West Ham game, a club with a massive fanbase, it's pretty obvious why the site had a large number of guests. We have hardly ever had the exposure we had last week.

Yet you dig the thread up six days later and use it to have a dig at the regualr posters on the board, you are just a trouble causing drama queen.

I may have taken the piss out of you (which I would do to one of my mates if they were as 'glass half empty' as yourself) but I don't recall insulting you personally, I recall you insulting me when you suggested people were dishonest on the this messageboard. That IS insulting, have a read back if you can't see why you have rubbbed people up the wrong their is no hope for you on here!

You could actually learn a thing or two from Poolie of Kent, say what you like about that lad he has a thick skin and sticks by what he believes in. I'd dread to think how you'd respond to some of the ribbing he's had!

Ah so we are getting to the point I have rubbed people up the wrong way for having a different view on some topics and as does PoK (in yopur view) I stick to my guns then thats rubbing people up the wrong way even more.

But its ok for those that I've done this to to come back as much as they like but thats fine them rubbing me up the wrong way and I just sit here and ignore it - it works both ways you know
