On Talksport have just played two little boys, they want to know why we sing it.

I know this subject has been discussed loads on here but we've never actually got to the bottom of it have we?

I'd hardly call the background to the run out music a vital part of a football commentators remit.

He also said that they used 90's techno to whip the crowd up! (reffering to Get Ready For This by 2 Unlimited)

Thing is, it's true. Every single visitor to the club must think the same. That dreadful run-out song makes us look stupid i'm afraid. It was seen as a joke when it was released and nothing has changed.

The Sun is a piece of shit though so i'm not too arsed either way!

2 unlimited and Tom Hark need to be binned.

Tom Hark does my fooking head in, especially when you've just watched for example a 0-0 draw against Yeovil and they play it at full time as if they are somehow trying to convince you that what you've just watched was half decent. As if you're going to start dancing about like a goon singing to the tune 'we drew 0-0 with Yeovil Town, we drew 0-0 with Yeovil Town'.

I really don't like Tom Hark.

I agree with PJ - they should both be binned - 2 little boys should be played as the team come out and fukk all when we score......

Well I heard from my source that Tom Hark was Uncle Kens idea so there's no chance of being dropped....

As for the two unlimited track surely someone could sabotage it!! Even "We Will Rock You" from Elvis's favourite band would be an improvement on that out of date crap...

Maybe we could ask Binns Ltd yes Thats Binns for all your musical needs for some new records???

I've just remembered it shut down in the 90's... :uhoh:

Thats why we're stuck with 2 unlimted and Tom Hark!!

Surely the Town's Club could run a competition or vote for new music.. or as some prefer none at all...
