A few weeks ago the Mrs gets a pay rise, backdated by £400 & decides we'll have a new carpet "coz it wont cost us anything now that Ive got my backpay" then goes & spends £600 on one.
Yeserday I have to empty the house & remove the carpet (including stairs) ready for the new carpet today.
The carpet fitters arrive at half 8 this morning get the carpet in,start to unroll it & see that its damaged.
Off they go to the suppliers at Shildon & get a new carpet, bring it in,unroll it & sure enough this is damaged too.
Off they go to the suppliers again, but this time they manage to come up with the idea of looking at it before they leave & every roll of it is damaged.
Im about to contact my wifes employers & tell the do not under any circumstances ever give her any backpay again.Every feckin time she gets any money it costs me a bastad fortune and I have to move every bit of furniture in the feckin house.

you lucky bastad

i wouldnt get the missus a ticket for the centenary dinner as at the poty do's she just gets pissed and whines on how long is this gonna last they are just getting up on stage and getting trophys ( stpid ) so refused to allow her to come with us to the do.
so she goes in a strop and goes and orders a new 3 piece suite complete with a SNUGGLE CHAIR sctatchinghead so for not buying her a £35 ticket it has cost me £3700 and am currently spending the last of my 5 days off work papering the lounge as the suite is a different colour to what we have so the decor has to change. banghead banghead banghead banghead
wish i had bought her the fooking ticket now banghead banghead banghead banghead banghead banghead banghead banghead

In what way was it damaged GC?

If it was the full roll, it'll be likely to be a line fault or shading. Have you picked the same carpet elsewhere?

If you get any more chew, give me a shout
