Someone at last with a bit of common sense - I have heard, not yesterday people making the comparison with Paul Dalton, who I personally think was differnt class - but then thats probably due to the Manure links, perhaps why people think hes better than he is, and why in my opinion he thinks it too

It's should be the childish slagging off of players that is at issue more than slating one eyed posters.

Firstly it wasnt me makeing the comparison but what Id heard in terms of being a big player for Pools as Dalton was - another we got from Manure - I for one dont think Jones will be as big a player for Pools as Dalton was nor do I see him being anything like Dimi or Boydy were in terms of stature as pools players

Expressing your opinion on a player as I have done with Jones and the comments I made previously about Henderson who in my opinion wasnt the type of signing we need when made is not childish but berrating posters for having an opinion and resorting to abuse and personal insult most certainly is - a prime example being your post above
