Aside from a bad attitude, Carlton Cole's slide tackle to Arran Lee-Barrett's chest then a kick to the face put him pretty low in my books. Who reckons this bloke is a dirty bastard?

give over mate. he was perfectly entitled to go for the second one, and the tv replays show minimal if any contact.

wish we had a striker that committed to play alongside porter.

Now I know you're taking the piss......

If he tried that in the premiershit he would've been walking after the first incident... Peter Cech would've still been rolling around on the floor at 5o'clock...

I refer you to a reply from our man in China

How he didn't end up paggering Cole is still a mystery though. In a Prem game if someone farts near the keeper he gets a free kick but apparently in a Cup game you can try open heart surgery and a rhinoplasty with your studs on the keeper and get a finger wagging telling off.

PS I'm surprised you even thought you needed to add the word "is" to the front of the question. The last time I remember anyone as dirty as him on the Vic his initials where R.N.

Of course we want Carlton Cole, the bloke's a class act.

Still, the stats don't lie - a full stus-up blow to the stomach and the highest tackle on earth should've given him a red card. I'm not usually one to comment on discipline but that was brutal, even if it was accidental.

So having your foot so high that you boot the keeper in the head isn't a second yellow? stpid

FA Rule 1.8 Its not a second yellow if your playing for a premiershit team against lowly league one opposition.......

Lets be honest here if West Ham where playing Chelsea and Cole went in on Cech like that there'd be a full scale riot..

Studs were showing with both. You don't usually go in studs showing like that.

Especially the second one, if you're trying to control the ball from that height then you defintley don't have your foot positioned like that.

might not be a dirty bastard he's just shite and will always be a failure - like zamora, harewood, and many othe english strikers with a reputation better than their actual report. good at champ level - never going tp be consistent enough at prem level
