I've been on that ferry as well - The Pride of Kent! - getting the Duty Free cigarettes for Mum.

And trust a bloke from Darlo to have been with her.

Unfortunately guys I won't be going on Saturday. My bank manager has warned me about my finances and it has been way too complicated from the start to organise anything becasue of Uni lectures etc. I might think about coming up some time in the near future and catch a home match.

But just because I will watch it on the TV, it does not make me any less of a loyal supporter in my opinion. If I wasn't loyal, I wouldn't have gone to Fleetwood, Cardiff, Nottingham Forest, Leeds etc. I will be going to Brighton, Milton Keynes and possibly Colchester, though.

It was still complicated to have travelled up after a full week of Uni lectures - I'm a family man and going up for the game would mean my family would not have seen me all week at Uni and at the weekend at the game.

Plans for going to games are organised with my Dad. He has preferred not to go to the match and stay at home and get the best of both worlds by seeing the match by not having to pay any money to see the game at all, and I have just accepted it.

Is there any readon why students can't act mature ?

What can I say my family is important to me - that's why I'll be watching the match with my family at the weekend.

No there isn't but take it from someone who knows if you've got pplenty of time to act "mature" in the future...

Enjoy yourself while you can BEFORE you get any real worries....

I've got enough concerns etc - student debt, an education...

And to top it all off, I'm biting my nails at the prospect of what's going to happen on Saturday.

Yeah, well, I'm not the "maxing out" type of guy anyway.

Thanks for the advice though.

Come on man, once you leave the Poly, it won't take long to pay back the loan at that kind of rate

No PoK is just "different" to everyone else but each to his own (I was going to put strange but I thought that was a bit too nasty )....

FFS I hate to think what he'll be like when he's got a 150K plus mortgage hanging around his neck....

PoK, Loosen up man you've a got plenty of time to worry when you're older...
