In this instance it's hard to disagree, I just can't understand why things are overly complicated it's not as if we haven't had big games over the last ten years, the only one they've got completely right over the years was the play-off final when they passed tickets sales on to an agency!

The database needs to be reviewed, I'm sorry if someone is prepared to drive from East London to queue for a ticket they deserve one! They get stick but the ladies in the ticket office must be dreading the next few days, you can't blame them for getting pissed off.
