I am after a program that I can download for free that will enable me to write onto Photos that I have on my hard drive, I am wanting to sort out the littleuns thank yous for Xmas and thought the easiest way is to send people a photo of her but with the thank you written on it.

I have done it before on my PC rather than the laptop but can't remember or find the program I used for that

Doesnt Photobucket offer that sort of editing capability?
