All season they've said to keep stubs in case they are needed later.

So I have.

Including the Brighton cup game where there was next to no bugger there.

Now they disregard that and say that the Stoke game is the most important one to have gone to- the one that was most attractive to the part timers.

Wankfacedbastads.

Clever, the up and coming Northampton game is one of the three stub elites stubs!

Why not, at least people who attend the games will get a better chance of getting a ticket.

See Ripper, if you'd have made friends with somebody in the summer and got yourself a cheapie season ticket, you wouldn't be getting so wound up now.

I'm not getting wound.

I'll either get a ticket with the stub(s) I have or I won't.

But if I don't they can fuk themselves in the future and can rely on their part timers for the Daffy Duck cup games against Rochdale on a cold wet night and I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Yet again- ridiculous, why don't they just say if you come to the Northampton game you get a stub for the West Ham match. Why include a game that wasn't in the cup and was before the draw? Season tickets, Stoke stubs, then Northampton stubs then general sale. This could help significantly boost the Northampton crowd, now by clagging on the Crewe game this probably only applies to a few hundred people who have kept the stubs. Do they ever actually speak to fans before they make these decisions stpid

Why the fook does everything have be overly complicated? It's surely not that difficult?

So are you saying they should disregard people with Stoke stubs just because you had a tickly cough and couldn't get to the game?

Me. I wanted a ticket for the play off at Blackpool but then their chairman started acting like a cock and reduced our allocation.

I also wanted tickets for many games at Euro 96 without joy.

We want to have a fuller ground for league games do we not? The Crewe game was attended by less than four thousand people the majority of those being season ticket holders. The Stoke game was only attended by about 4,600 home fans. So basically all of those people will get a ticket for West Ham match without even involving the Crewe game. They could then say if you come to Northampton match you get a stub for West Ham, this could boost the crowd by 1,000 or so, for a vital league game, the current offer even if everyone has kept stubs from Crewe only applies to a few hundred people. They surely should be looking to maximise revenue as well as rewarding loyal fans.

They are saying that - Northampton Ticket will count as a stub so if youve got 2 stubs and go buy a ticket for Cobblers you can get your WH ticket at the same time

I know they are, but why include the Crewe game only a few hundred people can get a ticket on this basis? It should be Stoke stubs up until the Friday then if you go to the Northampton game you can get a ticket for West Ham on the Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. We could even get 5,500+ for the Northampton game (which is a big, big game for us) easily if they'd have done it that way.

I understood categories 1 and 10 wished to sit to-gether. That mightn't be possible under this system, John

People with 2 stubs will be more than OK. There were about 3900 people at the Crewe game and probably 250 from Crewe. That leaves 3650.

3650 + 1000 Ammers= 4650

So at least 3000 tickets for the 2 stub elite though I bet the figure is nearer 4000 as most people will have chucked their stubs.

Regardless of how Pools had decided to operate any system for the tickets for the West Ham game. Someone , somewhere would have found something to moan about. For example if they said you needed the stubs from Colchester, Stockport, and Leicester,(1st 3 home games) then someone would say, "but I was on holiday and didnt get to them". All season the club have told you to keep the stubs, so if you had listened, then you would currently have all stubs from all games attended by individuals.

True not necessarily tickets fron specific games being asked for by the club, as I understand not everyone can get to every game, and Crewe over Christmas seems a bad choice to me. Though someone from the club would say it a good one as it showed committment to the club( I playing devil's advocate there, my opinion is still that Crewe is a bad game to pick for a stub)

The fairest way to have done it would have been to say 3 stubs from any home game. But they havent so those who haven't kept them or didn't go to a certain game have to live with that. Unfair I agree but that the rules for tickets for West Ham.

As I said when we drew Stoke and I started a thread on it entitled

"Now who wishes they had a season ticket"

We make the 5th round there be more wishing they had.

Im fine I'll get mine and mates tickets Thursday morning, the joy of being a season ticket holder. The reason I have purchased one for many years now. The fact that I will be in the front of the queue ( not literally)when we get games like this along with those other 1500-2000 people who decide to buy before a ball is kicked.

And at £207 for the season, more of a bargain.

There's always ITV for those who dont. (sorry thats uncalled for) but no matter what the club does someone will moan, at the end of the day it just has to be accepted.
