they are what i call bounders.

i was running a little late at one of our home games about 4 or 5 weeks ago. I parked up near the college at 2.55. I ran like fook to try and make it to the game, but by the time I got a ticket from the machine, put my coat on and locked the car, waited for the lights to change red etc etc, i was running across the mill house car park at around 3.02. the bas tards turned up in a mini crew van and 4 of the twats got out to walk around the car park.

I presume they turn up in numbers at a small car park to to as much damage as possible in such a short time without being recognised.

Make sure you keep a copy of the ticket or you wont have a leg to stand on if they claim they never recieved your letter better still keep a copy and send it recorded delivery. I'd also be asking for compensation for the upset and incovenience of you having to wrtire to them, I certainly wouldnt be appologising for not taking the ohter ticket off the screen.

Of course they may say the ticket was never there and the one you have sent them is one from someone elses car - that wouldnt surprise me at all

The reason being is that there WAS a Valid Ticket shown on my Passenger Side front Window, as enclosed.

The ticket you looked at was from the morning, when I had attended the Mill House Swimming Pool with my Daughter. I then took her home and returned to watch the match where beforehand I purchased another ticket as you can see. I apologise for not removing the earlier ticket, but I can just imagine the face on your “Warden” as he/she/it thought they had a “Catch”..I bet they didn’t even look elsewhere on the car eh?

Unlucky, so tough luck buster. It was there, and you can take me to court to prove it.

But you are getting fook all off me.

Please cancel this Penalty Notice as soon as possible or i will be forced to send Parmo Pooly down to your office and sit on your desk and knock out some silent but deadly potent smells,the balls in your court baby!

Phil you are on a non winner its your word against his/hers and they will always go with the warden as they get 50 appeals a day saying the same thing.
you send the valid ticket in with your letter.

Check your ticket for the website address, you can normally go on and have a look at the pictures.

My mate at work got a ticket the other week and he did manage to get it revoked, different scenario to yours (he was parked in a permit zone).

There are a few spaces in the car park up towards Lawrence house that have big RESERVED paint on the ground. I parked there on Saturday as there were no spaces and I thought it'd be OK as it was a Saturday. I never got a ticket but for future reference is this OK at a weekend?

Sorry guys. Unless I am reading this wrongly if the ticket was purchased at 11.41 for a 4 hour stay. Doesnt that expire at 15.41. 4 minutes before half-time. What time was the penalty notice issued?

i have heard this before mutt and it usually sticks but how can there be problem if they can still read it to determine it is upside down

there is a possible flaw to your defence as some tickets say in the small print that it must be displayed in the windscreen

I'm guessing around 4 minutes before half time - at about 13.41. I could be wrong.
