Well wasnt expecting that.

Cracker from Foley, Robson superb, Collins and Nelson back to their best.

Stoke were diabolical. I know it wasnt their first team but iv seen better conference sides, awful football too.

ALB in goal. Did those walk out who said they were going to? I hope not. Doesnt say much for Turner if he thinks he is the best we have but made a cracking save from Nelson after we went 2up. Stoke never managed a shot on target which says everything.

Kitson is a dirty 'lovely lovely person' who should have been sent off for swinging for Humps but the blind linesman stood 2 yards in front of it missed it. The Cyril Knowles side linesman was a joke all game and Halsey managed to fuck the game up as usual. Some awful decisions. Can someone explain how we got the free kick for the first goal? Looked to me that Robson just pushed him over?? A clown as usual.

Well done Pools!!

I thought the free-kick award was spot on.

Davies got in front of Robson and made no attempt to play the ball. He just blocked him off.

Makes some sense I guess. I simply saw their player with the ball, Robson put 2 hands on him and pushed him over and the joek of a ref gave us the free kick. Everyone started laughing and Pulis went beserk. Suppose he could have seen it as a dive.

Their player sctatchinghead

Im not saying that was the official reason it was given, but the refs hand gesture seemed to suggest so.

I seriously question anyone who doesn't think that was a free kick, he turned and looked at Matty whilst nowhere the ball then took him out! A clear obstruction. Woeful defending from the ex Smoggie dog noncer, he committed the same offence later when he ended up in the dug out, he was very lucky not to be booked at least.

players who have to do that only do it because they're not good enough on the ball, or good enough to pass the ball. It's non-football

It was also nice to see the Stoke player to cynically try and take out Matty Robson and ended up smacking into our subs bench! Brilliant
