Apparently it's Mark Halsey!!!

I personally think he's one of the worst of the 'top' referees, I also seem to remember him having a nightmare involving us before!

I think it was him who sent off Westwood when we were beating West Brom in the League Cup a few years ago.

You're right, it was Phil Prosser who sent Westy off. I remember that Barnsley game, never have I seen us batter a team like we did them in the last ten minutes!! We should have had about three penalties as well!

I have never seen so many people wanting to get at the referee afterwards either, it was an apalling display and I'll never forget it.

Hopefully, history will not repeat itself.

Looks like he's the Stoke (or should that be West Brom) of Premiership referees for cards...

Numerous decisions wrong. Including 3 in a row at start of first half. Didnt give Foley a blatant foul when he skinned 2 of them. Kept fannying around moving free kicks back a yard because he likes the attention. Missed Delap constantly taking throw ins no where near where they went out. Missed Kitsons elbow. Was never afree kick for our first goal. etc etc
