Yes, today is the day I record my 731st continuous day of running that's two years!

I started January 1st 2007 and haven't missed a day training since!

NHS or private for the knee replaced what you reckon?

Put me name down then please!

Is it correct that you have to be 60 years of age before you qualify
for a new knee?

Thats some record your lordship, very well done, as for this "Put me name down then please!" it's a question of what will come first your new knee or the closure of one of the best hospitals in the North(imo).

My brother in law has needed a new knee for ages now but he is too young to get one, he is 32. I think that he has to wait until he is 50 before his name gets put on the waiting list

I'll have a new member sewn on if I can, this one's either worn out, second hand, or as I suspect, defective. The dimensions aren't what it says on the brochure.

Been running about 25+ miles per week the shortest distance i.e. recovery day a minimum of 15 minutes or couple of miles, training has been a mix of speed work, hill, and intervals/reps with long runs on differing terrain. I'm geared up for NEHL X-Country season at the moment.

Keep it going BW and let me know how you are getting on, the hardest part is getting across that threshold after that it's not so bad..... and take it easy on the walkies!

Go to the Doctor and tell them how it's destroying your quality of life, affecting your family, your job etc. Make up a really good story and keep on at them til you get what you want.

It's a matter of who shouts loudest gets what they want. You've paid for it through NI, make sure you get it
