Desspite having a season ticket i didn't go as i didn't get home from work till late. At least the friday game gives me plenty of time to get the xmas shopping in though tomorrow before getting lashed tomorrow night....

I never said that we would beat it and nor would I expect us to with you being a league higher. One thing is clear though, we both have clear attendance problems developing and I see little point in ripping the piss out of your L1 attendances, due to our situation.

Agreed. A lot of people will have sacked the match off as they were on their works do. I know of a season ticket holder who was considering it.

I like Friday night games but never been fussed about Sunday ones.

Our Jonny thought he was going to wake up with a black eye on Saturday morning. He decided not to use his season ticket on Friday night, and went drinking with friends, returning from Uni, in Middlesbrough instead. At 2am I got a call asking for a lift home, as he'd run out of money, and lost track of his 'mates'. In the half hour it took me to get there and find him, a drunk/drugged up idiot took a swing at him, he hit him back, and luckily I'd pulled up over the road, and got him out of there. What a site Albert Road was, I don't think I've ever seen so many drunks in any one place before, talk about a vision of hell!!

I too hate friday night games, cos of work I made it on friday just on kick-off.

Three lads who stand with us turned up mortal. But at least they turned up. Six of their mates stayed out on the drink. Bad night for a game. Costs us 500 fans I would say.
