That shot of my jacket on the fence was used on the BBC website that year & there were a few message board comments about Joe Strummmers old leather jacket :laugh:

I decided that seeing as I was never going to fit into it again there was no better way to dispose of it than by leaving it there.
I put it there on the Thursday lunchtime & it stayed until the early hours of Sunday morning,I would hope that some young punk rocker is now going to gigs in it.
The more likely scenario though is that someone has it at home thinking theyve got Joes old jacket.
