I don't understand, how or why would a internet site be shut down because of someone posting a random set of digits and letters?
It ain't race-hate, homophobia or sexism, loads of that sort of stuff on the net, yet them sites aren't shut down.

We don't make the rules up, it's not mr i or admins wanting sites shut down, clearly there has been a worldwide crack down and it's now a shut downable offence.

It's illegal to use a dodgy box. Technically you can be prosecuted for obtaining goods (or services) by deception or maybe theft.

Posting a key that would allow your box to pick up legal as well as some illegal channels is debatable.
